Business leaders seek support and expertise to align their goal to build an inclusive and culturally rich and conscious team to better serve their clients, continue building their reputation as a leader among their peers, and ensure their teams are working more collaboratively.  As a Virtual Chief Equity Officer, services and resources would be provided to support diversity, equity, and inclusion efforts.  A monthly retainer is a cost-effective way to designate time each month to work on projects outside the initial scope of services if needed.  It would be important to advise an agency on how to get the best value each month and in good faith how to use the time efficiently. Each month, projects would be identified with clear deliverables.

Generally, five (5) hours per month outside of the scope of services would suffice.  If interested, we can customize the time required to collaborate on any projects.
